Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years in R&D

- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private funding for research initiatives
- Fluency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices for rapid prototyping
