Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies including quantum AI integration and sustainable energy systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across automotive, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on federally-funded innovation projects
- Prototype and validate solutions using our 5G-enabled testbed and IoT infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Secure intellectual property for breakthrough innovations through strategic patent filings
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in R&D with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated success securing SBIR or NSF grants for technology development
