Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure innovation pipeline success
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience scaling technology operations across global markets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
