Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and global tech consortiums
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance in regulated industries
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative tech and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with 5-year strategic impact modeling
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech applications (Nature, Science, ACM)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and decentralized systems
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, C++) with system-level architecture experience
