Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing proof-of-concepts for quantum-AI hybrids
- Identify and partner with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge research
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Champion ethical tech deployment and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated tech, or climate modeling
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience securing government grants and private funding for R&D
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field required
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
