Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-gen technologies with 5-year implementation roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage prototype development cycles from concept to MVP
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment and lifecycle management
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management
- Published research or patents in relevant domains
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
