Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing patent-pending innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and validate prototype systems in our quantum-AI hybrid lab environment
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology investment strategy and IP portfolio development
- Present innovation frameworks to Fortune 500 partners and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior engineers in future technology ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Biotechnology with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and emerging trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams of 15+ members
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and biotech simulation tools
- Strong patent portfolio with at least 5 granted innovations
