Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI or quantum computing products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate development
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
- CISSP or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification
