Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network in global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
