Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 partnerships
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Patent 3+ groundbreaking technologies annually in sustainable computing domains
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers through agile development cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in quantum/AI fields
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge proof architectures
- Series A-C funding experience with $10M+ budget management
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted innovations in distributed systems
- Keynote speaker at 3+ global tech conferences (NeurIPS, Web Summit)
