Responsibilities
- Strategize and develop 3-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neurotech interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in annual innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and external investors
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies with 100+ IP filings
- Monitor global tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Expertise in biotech-digital convergence and ethical AI frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
