Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least two patented technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST quantum security frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
