Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmapping for emerging tech adoption (2026-2030 horizon)
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in quantum computing and AI development
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integrations
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder partnerships
- Drive patent development for at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Present findings at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in ethical tech governance frameworks (IEEE, ISO standards)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, or similar innovation hubs
