Responsibilities

- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure funding and resources for experimental projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and demos
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 3+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong background in agile/scrum methodologies for experimental projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, IFTF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing past innovation projects with measurable impact
