Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio management
