Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmaps in quantum computing and AI integration
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for carbon-negative data centers
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolio development (target: 20+ filings/year)
- Oversee prototype testing in simulated 2026 market environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech standards and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals (2020-2023)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
