- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget across 3 innovation labs
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technology portfolios
- Organize quarterly tech summits with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ enterprise-grade AI/quantum products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: LLMs, quantum computing, or Web3
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams (US/EU/Asia)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
