Qualifications

- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum products at scale
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (preferred)
- Strong patent portfolio in next-gen tech domains
