- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance

- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or German a strong advantage
