- Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing integration.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems designed for future market demands.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Predict technological disruptions and formulate mitigation strategies.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the future-tech ecosystem.
- Present technical visions to stakeholders and non-technical leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or engineering.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
