- Technology Innovation: Evaluate and prototype bleeding-edge technologies to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security protocols to protect our assets in increasingly complex digital environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Cloud-Native architectures (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and high-level programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, distributed systems, and potential future tech paradigms relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for translating technical jargon into strategic business value.
