Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the long-term technology strategy, specifically targeting key developments and trends expected in 2026 and the years following.
- Architecture Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural frameworks for emerging technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and integrate disruptive technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum computing readiness) into our core product lines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Compliance & Standards: Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and compliance protocols across all development cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
