Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture for 2026 and future horizons.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of breakthrough technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum computing prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability across all development projects.
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype next-generation products.
- Advocate for technical debt reduction and architectural modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations in large-scale enterprises.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential business applications.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
