Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design scalable, high-performance systems for next-gen AI applications and spatial interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and real-time rendering technologies.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of microservices and edge computing solutions to ensure minimal latency.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum-ready algorithms) into the existing roadmap.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for secure and efficient coding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Three.js, WebGL).
- AI Knowledge: Proven experience working with LLMs, NLP, and computer vision pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
