Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for technologies expected to mature by 2026, including Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Prototype and validate emerging technologies to ensure seamless integration into our core product lines.
- System Scalability: Design enterprise-grade systems capable of handling the exponential growth of data in the next decade.
- Security & Compliance: Implement next-generation security protocols (Zero Trust, Post-Quantum Cryptography) to safeguard future assets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and Microservices.
- Future-Forward Skills: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and basic concepts of Quantum Computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of predicting tech trends and implementing long-term architectural strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
