Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Conduct research on advanced neural networks and quantum algorithms to improve computational efficiency.
- Lead code reviews and mentor a team of high-potential engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or equivalent simulation environments.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
