Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and superposition algorithms.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive interfaces for complex, real-time data streams.
- Optimize system performance to handle high-frequency data processing at global scale.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Quantum computing, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with experience in distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
