Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the company's 2026 strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to assess feasibility for enterprise adoption.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems that can withstand future demand and technological shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership, including CTOs and Product Directors, to define technical standards and best practices.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects that validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to provide strategic recommendations for technology acquisition and modernization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps for major technology transitions.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML architecture patterns and Large Language Model (LLM) integration strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
