Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our technology stack in 2026, identifying emerging trends such as AGI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging tech stacks to determine viability for enterprise integration.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can withstand the demands of future computational loads.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and board members effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Forecast technical resource needs and budget requirements for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product management with a focus on long-term strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining 5+ year product and technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the future is being written.
