Responsibilities
- Define and architect the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on Quantum-AI convergence and next-gen neural networks.
- Lead the R&D team in prototyping disruptive technologies and evaluating emerging tech stacks.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met for next-generation platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in emerging tech or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transitions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
