- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in technical leadership or architecture, with a focus on digital transformation and strategic planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Python, Kubernetes, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and proactively adapt organizational technology stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills for presenting to C-level executives.
