Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum interfaces.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies into core product lines, ensuring scalability and ethical implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding Product, Design, and Engineeringâto translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., generative AI, biotechnology integration) to provide strategic direction.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee the technical debt strategy to ensure a sustainable foundation for future growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps for major products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
