Responsibilities
- Architect and design resilient, distributed systems capable of handling future-scale data loads.
- Lead the integration of emerging AI models, including LLMs and Agentic workflows, into core product architecture.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 technology stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies (e.g., spatial computing, neural interfaces).
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major technical transformations.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
