- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, focusing on breakthrough innovations expected by 2026.
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, next-generation software architectures using emerging AI and cloud-native technologies.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research and development into frontier technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in innovative implementations to ensure long-term stability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly preferred.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures to meet future demands, specifically regarding AI integration.
- Leadership: Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
