Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision and long-term strategic roadmap.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives for emerging technologies including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical blueprints.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-level architectural standards to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive innovation by evaluating new tools and methodologies that align with our 2026 goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration, predictive modeling, or next-gen computational frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
