Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new tech stacks and evaluate their impact on long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
