Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for technology adoption, specifically targeting 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate futuristic concepts into viable, high-performance technical architectures.
- Identify potential disruptions in the tech landscape and propose adaptive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Present technical visions and roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen tools into existing legacy systems to ensure seamless evolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or high-level technology strategy.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their future trajectories (e.g., AGI, Generative models).
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology transformations.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems with a focus on scalability and security.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
