The Role:
You will serve as the bridge between theoretical future tech and practical application. You will define the architectural standards for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in an era of rapid AI evolution.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, distributed AI architectures optimized for 2026 standards and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neuro-interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for the '2026 Roadmap,' ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers, enforcing best practices for security and performance in futuristic environments.
- Prototype Development: Build high-fidelity prototypes of future products, iterating rapidly based on user feedback and feasibility studies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Kubernetes. Experience with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of working on bleeding-edge projects and the ability to anticipate tech shifts 3-5 years in advance.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems where solutions do not currently exist.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
