- Quantum Readiness: Architect systems that are compatible with future quantum computing environments, ensuring data sovereignty and security.
- AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of agentic AI workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making processes.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select emerging technology partners and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-native systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain fundamentals, and Quantum computing principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic planning abilities and the capacity to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
