Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 innovation cycle, aligning with business strategic goals.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems and microservices.
- Drive innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure to support predictive modeling.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all global deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale cloud-native solutions on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark), and real-time processing.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
