Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI and cloud scalability.
- Lead the architecture of complex systems, ensuring high performance and security standards.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Web3).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Establish governance frameworks for technology adoption and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of the 2026 technology landscape, including AR/VR and autonomous systems.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech or HealthTech sector is highly preferred.
