Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technical vision and architecture for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond, aligning with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3, into our core infrastructure.
- System Scalability: Design high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth and global traffic loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and security teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across all engineering teams.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and adapt legacy systems for modern scalability.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders and mentor engineering teams.
