Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Craft and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates future market shifts.
- AI Integration Leadership: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core product workflows to enhance user experience.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) capable of handling massive concurrent loads.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously evaluate and prototype emerging technologies, including Web3, Edge Computing, and Quantum Computing, to identify viable use cases.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to migrate legacy systems to microservices and containerized environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); and experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and MLOps pipelines.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and staying ahead of tech trends relevant to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
