Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying key innovations in AI, Quantum, and Spatial Computing required to achieve our 2026 goals.
- Tech Stack Innovation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies to ensure our engineering teams are equipped with the latest tools and frameworks for the future.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, CTOs, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical initiatives.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Architect scalable infrastructure that supports next-gen computing paradigms and ensures seamless interoperability between legacy and emerging systems.
- Trend Analysis & Reporting: Monitor global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots and investment decisions for the 2026 horizon.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future technologies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for ambitious technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a deep focus on AI, Machine Learning, and future tech trends leading up to 2026.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully executing them in a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to experiment with cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum, Neural Interfaces, Web 3.6) and adapt them for commercial use.
