Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap in alignment with company strategic goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems leveraging cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced LLMs) for future deployment.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and business units to translate futuristic concepts into feasible engineering solutions.
- Oversee technical due diligence for major infrastructure projects and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of defining future-proof technology roadmaps and delivering on long-term strategic vision.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
