Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, prioritizing AI scalability, edge computing, and quantum-readiness.
- Lead the R&D initiatives for next-generation protocols, including Generative AI integration and decentralized systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate high-level business goals into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous architecture reviews to ensure system resilience, security, and performance at global scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of implementing and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in system design patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
