Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Produce proprietary trend reports and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track emerging technology maturity curves
- Develop ethical guidelines for disruptive technologies ensuring responsible implementation
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
