Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for next-gen AI and automation platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Integration: Identify emerging technologies (Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into the core product strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems under pressure.
