Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
- Lead Emerging Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) for implementation.
- Technical Strategy & Vision: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for stakeholders and development teams.
- Risk Management: Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to look beyond current trends and predict future technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
