Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product release, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures for next-gen applications.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for the 2026 suite.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in AI/ML integration, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Roadmap Experience: Proven track record of defining and delivering successful technical roadmaps for major product releases.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven architectural decisions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
